I have spent a decade of academic and practical experience, working in Disability Arts, in academia and in business. I now feel grounded in many of my external and internal understandings. I understand that difference provokes imbalance, rather than finding a way of balancing things for one person and tipping things up for another, we must become comfortable with the ebb and flow and seek new information. |

In 1999 I survived a near fatal brain haemorrhage, I initially died, my body and brain entered a coma from which I eventually woke without sight, balance, control over half of my body and many internal functions. I had no speech and I had lost the ability to stand or move accurately. Now, ten years after my near fatal brain haemorrhage I can walk, run, drive, I have appeared on radio, t.v, performed stand up and performance poetry, enjoy scuba and sky diving and I love power biking. I have been developing the skills and practices which have benefited my recovery to offer together. |

We are all unique, rarely is there a singular cure but an intricate fusion of many disciplines. My near total recovery has been the result of the energy and commitment of many complementary therapists and coaches. I have studied several therapies, coaching and counselling in order to create this multi-disciplinary approach to tailor to the needs of many. |
